ACS President Russ Feingold appeared on MSNBC’s The Beat with Ari Melber this week to share his thoughts on the Judge Amy Coney Barrett’s confirmation hearing. “It looks like [a perfectly normal hearing], but it’s not,” Feingold said. “…The reality is that it is a power grab that – thrown on top of what happened with Merrick Garland – really, in my view, affects the legitimacy of the Supreme Court. And I hope the American people realize what’s being done to their highest court.”
