NPR: Is It Time For A 28th Constitutional Amendment?

ACS President Russ Feingold was a featured guest on NPR's 1A Remaking America, in which he joined a panel of distinguished guests to discuss the challenges and opportunities for the passage of the Equal Rights Amendment as the 28th amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

"We're going to need some Constitutional amendments probably for a woman's right to choose, to make sure we protect the right to vote, to make sure that we're able to change the electoral college... And if we don't change the way we have the system set up, it won't happen..."
