ACS President Russ Feingold was quoted in a Law360 retrospective on the Biden Administration's progress advancing district and circuit court judicial nominations in the Senate.

Russ Feingold, a former Wisconsin senator and president of the American Constitution Society, said Democrats have shown an "unusually strong commitment" to the courts.

He added that "they have played three excellent quarters, but you win the game in the fourth quarter, and that's where we are now."
