Neil Weare

Neil Weare grew up in the U.S. Territory of Guam and is the Founder of Equally American, which advocates for equality and civil rights in U.S. Territories, and an associate at Loeb & Loeb LLP. He also teaches Law of Territories at Yale Law School, where Rosa Hayes and Mary Charlotte Carroll are his students. Disclosure: Weare filed an amicus brief in FOMB v. Aurelius on behalf of Equally American arguing the Supreme Court should overrule the Insular Cases.
