Jody Freeman is the Archibald Cox Professor of Law at Harvard Law School, and the founding director of the Harvard Law School Environmental & Energy Law Program. She is a member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, a Fellow of the American College of Environmental Lawyers, and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. She served as Counselor for Energy and Climate Change in the Obama White House in 2009-2010.
