ACS Board of Directors Member Aziz Huq was the featured guest on appeared on The Brian Lehrer Show where he discussed and the Trump federal indictments and his book, “The Rule of Law: A Very Short Introduction.”

Former ACS Board of Directors Member Ruben Garcia was named the Ralph Denton Professor of Law at the William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

ACS Next Generation Leader Adam Miller was selected as a Council of State Governments 2024 Class of Henry Toll Fellow.

ACS Duquesne University Thomas R. Kline School of Law Faculty Advisor  Bruce Ledewitz authored “A simple change to make the Senate great again” and “The nation's dark mood may decide the election, even though it's wrong” in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, and “God and the Future of Secularism” and “We cannot let a secular fear of God-belief poison law and politics” on The OnlySky website.

ACS Chicago Lawyer Chapter Leader Daniel Cotter was selected as the recipient of the 2024 Justice John Paul Stevens Award by the National Conference of Bar Presidents.
