Election To-Do List: Vote, Volunteer, Support

With only days left until Election Day, many of the people who are making the biggest difference are doing three key things — and we want to make sure people like you in the progressive legal community are making the biggest impact you can, too.

That’s why we’ve created a quick and easy to-do list for you in this final stretch.

  1. VOLUNTEER. It’s not too late to volunteer to help with nonpartisan Election Protection efforts! Throughout the country, people are needed to monitor polling places, staff hotlines, and more. Click here to volunteer with Election Protection. Volunteers are also needed after the election to help with canvass and certification monitoring in certain states. If you are interested in your local post-election opportunities or in traveling to another state, fill out the ACS Volunteer Sign Up Form.
  2. VOTE. Of course this is the most important item on any election to-do list. Click here to find out how to make sure to get your ballot in as soon as possible.  Make sure to vote your full ballot when you do, including in races for state judges, secretary of state, state attorney general, and district attorney if they are on your ballot. And get your network to vote. Once you’ve cast your ballot, it’s now time to mobilize folks in your network to vote too.
  3. HELP ACS expand our reach. As you know, ACS is putting more of our resources and expertise into our election advocacy work than ever before. Click here to make an election-season donation right away to support our important work.

Join your fellow ACS supporters by taking action and checking off this short election to-do list so we can make a real impact in support of our democracy and our fundamental rights.

We thank you for your action!
