Instructions
CLE credit is approved for California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Missouri, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin, and West Virginia.
CLE credit is available per jurisdictional reciprocity with California for Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, Hawaii, Montana, and New York.
In addition, CLE credit is pending for Minnesota, Oklahoma, and Virginia.

If you signed up for CLE credit, you should have received a separate email from ACS’s electronic CLE system asking you to confirm which states you are seeking CLE credit and to enter your bar numbers for those jurisdictions. In late June, you will receive a second email asking you to confirm your participation for the sessions you attended. Once you verify this information, your CLE Certificates of Attendance will be emailed to you directly. If you have not received a separate email regarding CLE or have any immediate CLE questions, please reach out to us at LCEmails@acslaw.org.
