What’s Next for SCOTUS? A Panel Discussion on the Upcoming Supreme Court Term
The Supreme Court's 2018-2019 term begins on the first Monday in October and a panel of NYLS professors will discuss the Court's current docket, the significance of Justice Kennedy’s retirement, the current state of the appointments process, and the ramifications of a newly appointed justice joining a closely divided Court. Join Professors Doni Gewirtzman, Lenni Benson, Frank Munger, Rebecca Roiphe, and Art Leonard for what promises to be a lively and important discussion.
Co-sponsored by New York Law School’s chapter of the American Constitution Society and the Impact Center for Public Interest Law.
Lunch will be served starting at 12:30pm. This event is open to all NYLS students, faculty and staff.
