United States v. Skrmetti and the Tennessee Trans Legal Landscape: A Discussion with ACLU Attorney Lucas Cameron-Vaughn

The Supreme Court will decide whether Tennessee’s law restricting gender-affirming care for minors violates the Constitution, amid a broader push from states that have passed similar laws and others that target transgender individuals. The ACLU of Tennessee is one of the parties that sued the state of Tennessee.
