Trump's Expansion of Executive Power
HH 250, Ann Arbor, Michigan
This event will examine how the Trump administration’s second term impacts and speaks to constitutional law. Specifically, the deterioration of checks on the executive branch and how we can expect that to reshape the structure of the government -- from the administrative state to civil liberties. Professors Richard Primus, Leah Litman, and Don Herzog will speak. This will be our pilot program.
