Constitution Day, Monday, Sept. 17, the University of Baltimore School of Law will host a panel discussion with Professors Garrett Epps, Michael Higginbotham, and Kimberly Wehle, and moderated by Dean Ronald Weich. The topic, "Trump * Mueller * Kavanaugh: The Constitutional Landscape Ahead," will consider what may result from the policies and actions of the current administration.
