Join the William & Mary Institute of Bill of Rights law and ACS for a conversation with Virginia Solicitor General Toby Heytens. Mr. Heytens will discuss the way that states, and primarily state attorney generals' offices, have played a role in curbing expansive executive power during both the Obama and Trump administrations. Toby J. Heytens is Virginia's sixth Solicitor General.
