The State of 2nd Amendment Litigation: A Conversation with Everytown Law on U.S. v. Rahimi

Please join ACS and the Public Interest Law Student Association (PILSA) in welcoming William Taylor, Deputy Director of Second Amendment Litigation, and Priyanka Gupta Sen, Counsel, from Everytown Law for Gun Safety for a discussion on the upcoming U.S. v. Rahimi decision and the current state of 2nd Amendment litigation. Rahimi is the first case to reach the Court since its 2022 decision in Bruen, which required the constitutionality of gun laws to be determined primarily by looking to the second amendment's text, history and tradition. This is a great opportunity to hear from public interest litigators who are currently practicing in the field.
