The Second Ammendment and Gun Regulation Post-Bruen

The American Constitution Society is joined by Professor Saul Cornell, a renowned Second Amendment scholar and Penn PhD alum, and a representative and litigator from Everytown for Gun Safety. The discussion will be moderated by Penn Law ACS President Carson Turner and will focus on gun regulation and Second Amendment litigation following the United States Supreme Court's decision in NYSRPA v. Bruen.
