The Legal 'Resistance' to the Trump Administration

This event is a lunch breakout session during the annual William & Mary Law School Supreme Court Preview. In this event, we will chat over lunch about the ongoing fight by lawyers and attorneys general against the policies of the Trump Administration, as well as the general role of lawyers in maintaining institutional strength in American courts when their integrity is challenged. The panelists are Berkeley Law Dean Erwin Chemerinsky, Virginia Solicitor General Toby Heytens, Yale Law School Supreme Court expert Linda Greenhouse, and William & Mary Law Professor Tara Grove.
