AG Brian Frosh will be joining us for a discussion on February 6th at 5:30pm in Room 107. The discussion will focus on AG Frosh's lawsuits against the Trump administration. Additionally, we'll discuss the role of state Attorneys General and how they can check executive power at both the state and federal level. Professor Steinzor has kindly agreed to moderate the discussion.
