Supreme Court Moot — FMI v. Argus Leader

Robert Loeb, from Orrick, will be mooting his upcoming Supreme Court argument in Food Marketing Institute v. Argus Leader. At issue in this case is the meaning of the term “confidential” in the Freedom of Information Act and the substantial competitive harm test for FOIA’s Exemption 4. He will be arguing the case before the Supreme Court on April 22, 2019. This event is co-hosted by the Federalist Society, the American Constitution Society, and the Harvard Law Review. Dinner will be served.
