Review of Proposed NC Constitutional Amendments

The UNC chapter of the American Constitution Society is hosting former Dean of UNC Law, Jack Boger, for an event to review the six proposed amendments to the NC Constitution, which will be on the ballot in November 2018. Dean Boger, who was involved in putting together a group of North Carolina constitutional law professors to file an amicus curiae brief in the North Carolina Supreme Court opposing four of the six constitutional amendments that were being put forward by the General Assembly, will give a presentation about the six proposed constitutional amendments and respond to questions at the end.
