Restorative Justice in Practice: Peace Circle on Education Systems

ACS Northwestern welcomes students, staff, and community members to join us for a peace circle as part of our series of events on Truth, Racial Healing, and Transformation. Following up on ACS’s event on Restorative Justice as an Alternative to Punishment in Schools, we are hosting a peace circle on education to offer students an opportunity to engage directly with restorative practices. During the circle, we hope to reflect on our own experiences with education, and consider how to best meet the needs of young people in our communities.

We are excited to welcome representatives from Northwestern's Restorative Justice and Community Building practicum to join and lead the circle.
