RAMIFICATIONS OF CITY OF GRANTS PASS V. JOHNSON.

Our upcoming event, Ramifications of City of Grants Pass v. Johnson, will be held in the Chase Center at Vermont Law School, featuring Vermont ACLU Senior Staff Attorney Harrison Stark as our guest speaker. Stark is a graduate of Yale Law School, had two federal clerkships, and is an oft-quoted source in Vermont for local and national legal news. For our event, Stark will discuss the recent decision in City of Grants Pass v. Johnson and its implications for cruel and unusual punishment, as well as his work with the Vermont ACLU, clerking experiences, and more. The event will take place at the Chase Center, and we are co-hosting with our school’s Justice Advocacy Initiative (JAI).
