Presidential Promises and Powers - A Conversation on What Trump Can (And Cannot) Do

We will be partnering with the Federalist Society to host a panel on President Trump's Campaign Promises and Executive Orders, examining under doctrines of presidential power in the Constitution which promises Trump is able to follow through on, and which executive orders are/are not constitutionally sound. Our Panel will include Supreme Court and 1st Amendment Expert James Weinstein, Education Law and 14th Amendment Expert Caitlin Millat, and Constitutional law expert and legal theorist Elizabeth Foley
