Notice & Comment and Agency Lawyering

Join Professor Peter Shane and Meredith Hankins as ACS hosts a discussion of the powerful advocacy potential of the notice and comment process across a number of substantive fields of law. Topics will include administrative law advocacy and careers in this space, and how impactful this method of lawyering can be outside the courtroom. Other topics will include potential comment-writing opportunities for pro bono bar credit through ACS, which can potentially serve as a writing sample while choosing your own subject matter in virtually any field.
