National Emergencies: Past, Trump, and Future

Join Constitutional scholars Professor Heidi Kitrosser and Professor David Schultz for a panel followed by an audience Q & A regarding the constitutional basis of presidential emergencies, the history of emergencies, and what it means that President Trump declared a national emergency to secure funding for a border wall.
