Law Review Live!

The Northwestern University Law Review invites you to join us for our 4th installment of Law Review Live, co-sponsored by the Northwestern Law Student Chapter of the American Constitution Society! This series brings legal scholarship to life by featuring discussions with the authors of some of our most exciting forthcoming articles. Professor Jessica Clarke will join us for a discussion of her article Explicit Bias. This timely piece identifies and criticizes legal arguments against consideration of explicit bias and argues that discrimination law should dispense with doctrines that shield explicit bias from examination.
