Ghost Guns and Gun Safety Litigation in the Modern Era

Everytown Law, the legal arm of Everytown for Gun Safety, the preeminent gun safety advocacy group in the country, will come to Harvard Law. The speakers will be Eric Tirschwell, Executive Director and Chief Litigation Counsel, and Priyanka Sen, Counsel for Second Amendment Litigation. They will be discussing gun safety litigation, with a particular focus on ghost guns.
