Fighting the Big Fights: Litigating at the Supreme Court
Join the Harvard Law Review, the Harvard Law ACS Student Chapter, and the Harvard Law Federalist Society for a panel discussion on Fighting the Big Fights: Litigating at the Supreme Court. This event will feature a number of experienced appellate advocates from government, public interest, and the private sector, including Amir Ali of the MacArthur Justice Center, Lisa Blatt of Williams & Connolly, Wesley Hottot of the Institute for Justice, and Loren AliKhan, the Solicitor General of the District of Columbia. The panel will be moderated by Professor Nikolas Bowie and will feature reflection on the Supreme Court Term and the experience of litigating in the appellate courts and at the Supreme Court.
