Dobbs Decision Discussion Panel

This is a three-speaker event discussing the majority opinion, Justice Thomas' concurrence, and Justice Breyer, Justice Sotomayor, and Justice Kagan's dissent. Professor Chad Oldfather from Marquette University, Professor Robert Pushaw from Pepperdine University, and Professor Caroline Corbin from University of Miami will be the speakers for the event. Each speaker will speak for 10-13 minutes to explain the legal theory behind their given opinion, what approach the justice took, cases they relied upon, facts they most significantly use, etc. After the presentations of the opinions, a student-led Q&A session will happened.
