Dobbs: A Deep Dive

The event is co-sponsored by the Federalist Society and will feature a two-speaker panel (one invited by each org), discussing the issues raised by the upcoming Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health case (challenging Roe), the constitutional arguments on each side, and the implications of various possible outcomes. 

Confirmed speakers are Prof. Michael Paulsen and Prof. Kimberly West-Faulcon. Prof. Barry McDonald will moderate.
