Debate: Government Compelled Speech and the First Amendment

The Mercer Law student chapters of the American Constitution Society and the Federalist Society have teamed up to present a lively debate on the recently decided Supreme Court case National Institute of Family and Life Advocates v. Becerra! ACS will be represented by guest speaker Professor Eric Segall of Georgia State Law who will debate Professor Jeremy Kidd of Mercer Law on the topic of government compelled speech under the First Amendment.

Lunch will be provide by the Bear's Den. Come to the downstairs courtroom at Mercer at noon on Friday the 26th for southern food and engaging debate!
