CREW Discussion

Monday, 10/31, at 11am in the Moot Courtroom: ACS is hosting a discussion with CREW attorneys Donald K. Sherman and Laura Iheanachor '15L about their successful litigation under the 14th Amendment's Disqualification Clause to remove a New Mexico commissioner from public office due to his participation in the January 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol. CREW is a nonprofit organization and watchdog that uses the law to foster a government that is ethical, accountable, and open.
