Constitutionality of Abortion Restrictions - A debate with FedSoc

The University of St. Thomas School of Law's American Constitution Society will be working with the UST Federalist Society to host Gender Justice's Legal Director Jess Braverman and Law Professor Tereasa Collett for a debate. The two questions that will be posed to the speakers are: 1) Are laws seeking to restrict the ability of women to cross state lines to secure abortion a violation of the right to interstate commerce? and 2) What would a compromise on abortion look like?

Students do not need to RSVP. But, any non-UST students or staff should email fara8947@stthomas.edu to ensure a spot is reserved and entry into the building is facilitated.
