Constitutional Conundrums: Exploring Electoral Disqualifications Through the Fourteenth Amendment

This event will be a panel involving different Constitutional Law experts who can speak on the Fourteenth Amendment's Section Three (Insurrection Clause). This conversation comes at the backdrop of the 2024 election where several candidates running for office were accused of committing insurrection against the United States of America. Joining includes Professor Gerard Magliocca, Donald K. Sherman, and Debra Perlin. The latter two belong to Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW), the institution contesting President Trump's candidacy.
