Constitution Day Panel

The Constitution Day Panel will be an open discussion on the implications of Justice Kavanaugh's nomination. Professor Lawrence Friedman plans to discuss the potential impact of Judge Kavanugh on the court and the future of the court more generally, Professor Peter Manus plans on focusing on Judge Kavanaugh's free exercise opinions, and Professor Natasha Varyani plans to address Justice Kavanaugh's impact on the Supreme Court's commerce clause jurisprudence. Following the panel there will be a Question and Answer session.
