Constitution Day Celebration "Safeguarding the Rule of Law"

Celebrate Constitution Day with ACS Cumberland. 

Professor William Ross, Albert P. Brewer Professor of Law and Ethics, will speak on the importance of safeguarding the rule of law. Professor Ross is a specialist in American Constitutional history and an an authority on federal separation of powers issues. Dean Henry Strickland will provide a brief introduction. Open to the public and free admission. Lunch will be served.
