Briefing Call on Mueller's Testimony

Special Counsel Mueller testified Wednesday before two House committees, repeatedly reiterating his report’s conclusion that the president is not exonerated from wrongdoing. Commentators are now asking whether his testimony will build momentum for further investigation into the report’s conclusions of presidential misconduct and Russian interference in the U.S. elections.
