BC Law Supreme Court Preview

The BC Law ACS student chapter is pleased to announce our annual Supreme Court Preview Kickoff.

We are excited to welcome, Professor Kent Greenfield, who will serve as our moderator, and our panelists, Professor Mary Ann Chirba, Professor Kari Hong, and Fr. Nathaniel Romano, who will all be giving their unique perspectives into three upcoming Supreme Court cases.

These cases are Fulton v. City of Philadelphia, Texas v. California, and Jones v. Mississippi, which all pose interesting and unique questions in modern Constitutional Law.
