ACS presents its annual preview of upcoming SCOTUS cases for the 2019-2020 term. Join Professors Doni Gewirtzman, Lenni Benson, Arthur Leonard, Edward Purcell, and Rebecca Roiphe as they discuss pertinent cases including disputes over DACA, LGBT protections under Title VII, standing for a foreign national to sue a Border Patrol Agent for a cross-border shooting, and more. Followed by a networking reception with NYLS alumni.
