ACS and ELS co-sponsored a presentation on Ann Arbor's Sustainable Energy Utility Ballot Proposal. Dr. Missy Stults, Ann Arbor's Sustainability and Innovations Director, presented and Jerusalem Gardens was served. If the proposal passes, and the program is seen as a success, it may be emulated in cities across the nation. It is at the cutting edge of energy law and policy.
