Administrative Law Post-Loper Bright

On October 30th from 5pm - 6pm in the Chase Center ACS is pleased to host Professor Beyranevand who will discuss recent developments in administrative law. The discussion will be focused on the recent Supreme Court decision Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo which overruled Chevron v. NRDC and Chevron deference and how Loper Bright fits in with other Supreme Court decision's this past term. Professor Beyranevand is Vermont Law's Director of the Center for Agriculture and Food Systems and in-house expert in administrative law, teaching the class administrative law to VLGS students. Professor Beyranevand's work at the Center for Agriculture often involves federal agencies, especially those located in the Department of Agriculture, and has been quoted major publications like the Washington Post.
