ACS Philadelphia: Public Welfare & the Law
Join us on March 24, 2023 at Rutgers Law School-Camden for a full-day conference on public welfare & the law. The event is brought to you by the American Constitution Society Law School Chapters at Drexel University, the University of Pennsylvania, Rutgers University, Temple University, and Villanova University. Panels will cover a wide range of topics regarding public welfare, including discussions surrounding the Indian Child Welfare Act, the resurgence of labor unions, and explore reform efforts of the social security program.
Programming will run from 10:45 a.m. to 5 p.m., with check in beginning at 10:00AM.
Students: Your $5 ticket includes: Lunch, coffee, and access to the full day of programming.
Lawyers: our $125 ticket includes: Lunch, coffee, access to the full day of programming, and CLE credit for PA (4 credits), NY (4.5 credits), or NJ (4.8 credits) . CLE credit will be provided through Rutgers Law School. Please register here.
