ACS Oregon: The Future of Reproductive Rights After Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health
Please join the ACS Oregon as we host a panel of experts to discuss questions following the severely consequential decision made by the highest court in our land in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health. In the wake of the overturning of Roe v. Wade through the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health, what is the future of reproductive rights in the United States? What are the implications of the many state laws either passed, triggered, or now in effect following the decision? What happens when states who have banned abortion seek to enforce their laws beyond their own state borders?
