ACS New York: Hon. Jenny Rivera, in Conversation with Dean John Feerick

Join the Fordham University School of Law Student Chapter and New York Lawyer Chapter of the American Constitution Society for a discussion with Judge Jenny Rivera of the New York Court of Appeals and Dean John Feerick of Fordham Law. The discussion will focus on Judge Rivera's time on and path to the bench, including her time clerking for then-Judge Sonia Sotomayor on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and for the Second Circuit's Pro Se Law Clerk's Office; as well as her work at the Legal Aid Society's Homeless Family Rights Project, the Puerto Rican Legal Defense and Education Fund, as a faculty member at the City University of New York School of Law, and as Special Deputy Attorney General for Civil Rights in the New York Attorney General's Office.
