ACS Michigan: Lunch Discussion with Sam Bagenstos
Join the Michigan Chapter of the American Constitution Society for a question and answer session with Professor Samuel Bagenstos. Professor Bagenstos is a professor of law at the University of Michigan Law School, where he specializes in constitutional and civil rights litigation. He has previously served as a political appointee in the U.S. Department of Justice, where he served as the principal deputy assistant attorney general for civil rights. His accomplishments include the promulgation of the 2010 ADA regulations and the reinvigoration of the Civil Rights Division’s enforcement of Olmstead v. L.C. In addition to his scholarship, Bagenstos also personally advocates and has argued major cases in federal courts.
