ACS, LLSA, & HRLS Present: A Conversation About the 14th Amendment and Birthright Citizenship

ACS, LLSA, and HRLS will be hosting a discussion about the 14th Amendment's guarantee of birthright citizenship in response to John Eastman's appearance at the Law School. This event will provide an alternate (non-originalist) perspective on the constitution's clear promise of citizenship to people born in the U.S. Featuring Prof. Nicole Hallett and Prof. Genevieve Lakier.
