ACS DC: Judicial Nomination Commission

Join the ACS DC Lawyer Chapter, the Hispanic Bar Association of the District of Columbia, the Greater Washington Area Chapter, Women Lawyers Division, National Bar Association (GWAC) for a forum that presents an opportunity for lawyers who aspire to be a judge to hear from the Judicial Nomination Commission about the judicial application, nomination, and appointment process for the District of Columbia Court of Appeals and the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. The panel will discuss qualifications for judicial office and the application process. The forum will include a question-and-answer session after the panel presentation.
