ACS Bay Area: Grants Pass v. Johnson: Constitutional Limits Of Homelessness Laws
Please join the American Constitution Society Bay Area Lawyer Chapter for a panel discussion on the impact of the Supreme Court's recent decision in Grants Pass v. Johnson that laws against sleeping and camping on public property do not violate the Eighth Amendment's prohibition against cruel and unusual punishment. Light food and drinks will begin at 5:30 p.m. and the panel will begin at 6:30 p.m.
