We are a growing coalition of organizations including the ACLU, NAACP, Common Cause, League of Women Voters, Lawyers Committee and Legal Defense Fund. It is made of two parts - our hotline 866-OUR-VOTE that directly connects to lawyers who are standing by to provide legal aid to any voter who encounters a problem AND our on the ground poll monitors who help voters through in person assistance or by connecting them to our hotline. If there was a problem at a polling location, would the people in your organization and community know who to call? We need your help to share the Election Protection Hotline with your community, so the people of Texas are equipped and informed on what issues may arise and who to call for help. If you have a social media account, newsletter, or any other form of communication with your organization, we are asking for you to share our HOTLINE number 866-OUR-VOTE starting on the first day of Early Voting on October 24th through Election Day on November 8th. We will have lawyers set up all over the state ready to answer the call and help resolve any issue that may come up. Please share this information with any organization, business, nonprofit, community leader that may think of!
