ACS At-Large: Discussion on Constitutional Amendments

This book is a rigorous, yet accessible, narrative history that chronicles the “who, why, and how” previous generations have improved our founding charter—making it more just, more democratic, more inclusive, and more responsive to the needs of a changing country—through the constitutional amendment process set out in Article V.
