ACS Arizona: SCOTUS Review

Please join the Arizona Lawyer Chapter of the American Constitution Society on September 12, 2022 from 3:00-4:30 p.m. (Arizona time) for its Fifth Annual SCOTUS Review. We are excited to have Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Andrew Hurwitz and University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law Dean Emerita Toni Massaro discuss leading decisions from the U.S. Supreme Court's very consequential 2022-23 Term. The decisions they will focus on include Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization, New York State Rifle & Pistol Ass'n v. Bruen, and Carson v. Makim.
